IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
– Plan and manage all aspects of new software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms, from initiation to closure-
– Develop and manage project plans for BI projects, including reporting and dashboard development
– Work with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements for BI projects
– Collaborate with data analysts and developers to design and build reports and dashboards
– Ensure that reports and dashboards are accurate, reliable, and meet stakeholder needs
– Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that reports and dashboards are user-friendly
– Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards for BI projects
– Develop and manage project plans for integration projects, including integrating to existing legacy and new systems
– Work with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements for integration projects
– Collaborate with developers to design and build integration solutions
– Ensure that integration solutions are accurate, reliable, and meet stakeholder needs
– Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that integrations are user-friendly
– Work with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure they deliver their services in accordance with project requirements
– Troubleshoot problems that arise during project implementation and provide timely and effective solutions
– Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget
– Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
– Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned documentation
– Stay up-to-date with the latest project management trends, tools, and techniques
– Provide user training for new software systems and features
– Be comfortable with using Notion as a project and team collaboration tool
– Advocate and instill a habit of constant communication with the team and stakeholders
– Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system
– Ensure there is proper documentation for all new and legacy systems related to software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms

Requirements
&#;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience managing software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms
– Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
– Proven ability to manage project budgets and track expenses
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with project management tools, such as Notion
– Experience with documentation of software systems
– Ability to advocate and instill a habit of constant communication with the team and stakeholders
– Experience in overseeing the implementation of ERP systems
