Quality of Product
To manage QA department with functions for all
In coming Goods Quality issue with suppliers.
In-Process quality issues with Production
Out-Going Finished Goods & Packing with Warehouse
To motivate and guide a team of QA personnel.
To planning and co-ordinate quality activities or meeting.
To handle the improvement of product quality, supplier performance and quality management system.
To drive continuous improvement activities through the implementation of various corrective and preventive action processes.
To manage any activities to ensure all products meets quality standards and as per customer expectation.
Provide quality support to production and ensure conformance to customer specification and requirements.
To lead any quality meeting and quality Improvement.
Champion on Prepare 8D /5 Why reply to customer.
To plan and conduct the Audit
Internal Quality Audit .
Process audit and product audit.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure quality management system Is in place in accordance to the requirements of customers and ISO standard.
Review company procedure any other quality documents in accordance and ISO Quality Management System requirements.
To prepare Management review Report according ISO Quality management System
To train all QA staff on QMS requirement
Co-manage all staff follow the Quality Management System Requirement
To manage QA team how to meet the OA KPI
To ensure CPAR reply to customer on time
Any others Job that may be assigned from time to time by management.
