The Talentbank Management Trainee Program (TMTP) is a 24 months program that grooms young, talented, and driven individuals to become future leaders of Talentbank Group.

TMTP trainees have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in departments within Talentbank Group throughout the job rotations.
