Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ Level/Diploma
- Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges
- Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service are encouraged
Responsibility:
- Serves as Front Desk Customer Service to ensure quality services being rendered to customers including inquiries, renewal, and claims on Motor & Non-Motor products
- Correspondence and interaction with group subsidiaries & insurers on Motor matters
- Correspondence and interaction with brokers on Motor renewal and new business matters
- Following up on Renewals to ensure Renewal reminders being conveyed to customers
- To achieve renewal target sets by management
- Assist branches to issue Cover Notes when required
- Responsible to ensure the daily collection is tallied with the cash sales issuance and preparing the bank-in slip for collection bank-in
