Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop creative marketing and communications materials for both print and digital collaterals
- Conceptualize impressive designs that are aligned with the brand’s identity and message
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Ability to work fast, work to deadlines and manage time effectively
- Establish creative direction for the client company within brand guidelines
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Overtime may be necessary to handle emergencies, heavy workloads, or other issues
- Liaise with clients and different lines of service within the firm regarding designs/campaign collaterals

- Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects
- Quality Control (QC) and ensure artwork adheres to specifications before output
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art Design Creative Multimedia Advertising
- 1-3 years of working experience in design, digital, or advertising. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects preferred
- Computer fluency in Mac
- Mac literate (English and Chinese word processing)
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and driving self-improvement
- Prioritization of different workloads, a keen eye for design, attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
